Shipping Update:

Almost everyone who got their tracking already has had their package dropped off at USPS on 12/31. Of the ones dropped off, not all of them were scanned in immediately because I was packing up until the final minute and shortly after I arrived to the PO, the driver needed to depart. I got about 50 gallons of package volume out. They should however be scanned in at the distro center sometime later tonight, but tracking from my PO / Distro center also sometimes doesn't update for 24h so some patience may be required for the USPS systems. 

I will be contacting the people whose packages got held back from shipping today to apologize, so you will know what to expect - really sorry about that!

For the rest of the orders, I will be getting them out ASAP. Jan 1 is a USPS and UPS Holiday so we are unable to get orders that have been packed dropped off. Most of them will be going out Friday and some Saturday, with a few going out Monday. I am just one guy fulfilling these orders and responding to your messages so I really appreciate your patience and understanding. 

2nd update: just bought labels for everyone remaining and am getting to work getting them packed up and sent out. The system is set to automatically send the tracking numbers out Friday evening but I can provide you your tracking early if you want it for some reason, just ask. 

 

3rd update Jan 2: Still working through the labels I bought last time - I got ~80 gallons of volume dropped off at UPS and USPS today. I sincerely apologize for the wait and I appreciate your patience! Most of the rest should be dropped off on Monday or Tuesday, but I'll try to get a few out tmr Jan 3.

 

4th Update Jan 5: Unfortunately USPS closed early today for some reason (no sign on the door) and I wasn't able to drop off the packages. I could've tried using the self-scan kiosk, but I decided it would be safer to wait to scan in tomorrow morning instead because the self-scan doesn't count for insurance purposes if the tracking didn't get updated after that point. Not that I've ever had any major issues with that happening, but I don't want there to be a first time and occasionally this USPS PO doesn't update tracking for multiple days. Including the packages that should've went out today, there will be another 60+ gallons of packages going out tomorrow.

So sorry again for all of the delays. I've had a few other things come up over the weekend but I'll get all outstanding orders out tomorrow. I sincerely apologize to those who have received tracking but I haven't yet dropped off the packages for.

 

I really hope that you all enjoy your purchases and once again thank you for celebrating the end with us. It's a shame I didn't get to meet many of you earlier on haha.
